By adding P4kong Bot to your Discord server or using any of its commands and interactive features, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you or your server members do not agree with any provision of these terms, please refrain from using or immediately remove P4kong Bot from your Discord server.

All users agree to utilize P4kong Bot lawfully and in compliance with official Discord Terms of Service and Discord Community Guidelines. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the bot for fraudulent, unlawful, harassing, or malicious conduct.
• Exploiting known or newly discovered bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities without notifying the developer.
• Spamming, flooding, or automated DDoS-style rate-limit abuse against bot commands.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or unlawfully reproduce the bot's codebase or services.

P4kong Bot is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

Under no circumstances shall the developer of P4kong Bot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss, server downtime, unintended moderation events, or loss of profits arising out of your use or inability to use the bot.

We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or blacklist any user or Discord server from accessing P4kong Bot at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if violation of these terms or Discord policies is detected.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to modify, patch, update, or discontinue features of the bot at any time for maintenance, security enhancements, or architectural improvements.
