• Discord User IDs: To identify unique users, check permission levels, and process personalized user commands.
• Server (Guild) IDs & Channel IDs: To store per-server configurations, prefix settings, and route command responses.
• Role IDs: To verify moderation authority and execute authorized role assignment features.
• Command Execution Metadata: Temporary timestamps and command names used solely for rate-limiting, anti-spam protections, and error handling.

The information we collect is strictly utilized for the following functional purposes:

• Executing requested bot commands and formatting responsive replies accurately.
• Persisting server-specific settings and preferences configured by Discord server administrators.
• Detecting and mitigating denial-of-service spam, exploits, or abuse against the bot.
• Diagnosing internal exceptions and debugging software errors to ensure reliable 24/7 uptime.

We implement robust technical and organizational security measures to protect your stored information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

All database instances are hosted in secure, access-controlled environments accessible exclusively by authorized P4kong Bot developers using encrypted credentials.

We DO NOT sell, rent, lease, trade, monetize, or disclose user or server data to third parties, data brokers, or advertisers under any circumstance.

Data transmission occurs solely with the official Discord API infrastructure as strictly necessary to operate the bot.

You retain full control over your data. Users and server owners have the right to request permanent deletion of any associated data at any time:

• By submitting a deletion request through our official Discord support community.
• By removing (kicking/banning) P4kong Bot from your Discord server; server-associated settings will immediately cease operating and can be purged upon request.

Confirmed deletion requests are honored and permanently purged from active systems within 7 business days.

P4kong Bot complies strictly with Discord's Minimum Age Requirement (users must be at least 13 years of age, or the legal age of digital consent in their jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from underage individuals.
